Job Description



Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and budget.
  • Meet with clients to understand their construction needs.
  • Coordinate building inspections with the Building Inspector.
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to oversee daily activities.
  • Update and maintain project reports in the company database.
  • Attend meetings to ensure smooth project management.
  • Ensure construction sites are properly equipped and staffed.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops for skill development.
  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed on-site.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the team, fostering strong relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent (Commercial ground-up construction preferred.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • OSHA Certified + Software-savvy.
  • Experience working on projects valued at $10M+ or more.
