• Assist in managing daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timelines are met.
• Monitor job site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for project execution.
• Communicate progress updates to senior superintendents and project managers.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed throughout the construction process.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays in project timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
