Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day management of cleanroom construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinating project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor activities to support project execution.
  • Maintaining project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, logs, contracts, and financial records.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Supporting project safety, quality control, and compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, and company standards.
  • Assisting with cost control, billing reviews, change management, and coordination with accounting and procurement teams.
  • Building strong client and team relationships while supporting collaboration across project stakeholders.
  • Supporting project closeout, warranty administration, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The right Assistant Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites nationwide
  • Commutable to office in Attleboro, MA
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
  • 0-5+ years relevant construction experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft suite applications especially Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software required
