Job Description

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will report to a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, supporting the successful financial and operational delivery of multifamily construction projects.

  • Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Support subcontractor procurement, bid leveling, and contract administration
  • Manage Requests for Information, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate closely with field teams on scheduling, sequencing, and logistics
  • Track and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools
  • Participate in client, subcontractor, and internal meetings with clear documentation
  • Support project closeout, including punch list completion and turnover

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management
  • Exposure to multifamily or commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project documentation
  • Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
