Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation.
  • Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and schedule management.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedules, budgets, and project status.
  • Help manage construction activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Utilize project management software to maintain accurate project records and reporting.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale healthcare, life science, institutional, and public-sector projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5+ years of experience in construction project management or project engineering.
  • Experience on occupied projects is strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare, hospital, life science, pharmaceutical, higher education, institutional, or public-sector project experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting projects valued at $10M+ preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore is preferred, though training will be provided.
  • Must be commutable to the Greater Boston area and willing to travel to project sites throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
