They offer the resources and project portfolio of a large contractor while maintaining a collaborative culture where employees are valued, developed, and given opportunities to advance.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers with all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation.Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and schedule management.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedules, budgets, and project status.Help manage construction activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.Utilize project management software to maintain accurate project records and reporting.Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale healthcare, life science, institutional, and public-sector projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
