Job Description

* Support the Project Manager and Superintendent on an $80M ground-up development in downtown Dayton.

* Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and subcontractor coordination through Procore.

* Assist with preconstruction activities including bidding, procurement, and project planning.

* Track project progress, schedules, and communication between field and office teams.

* Gain hands-on exposure to all phases of construction while developing toward a Project Manager position.

The Successful Applicant

* 1-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Junior Project Manager.

* Experience using Procore in a commercial, multifamily, or general contracting environment.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project responsibilities.

* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for long-term career growth.

* Exposure to estimating, MEP coordination, or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
