Job Description

  • Assist in managing construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout
  • Partner with Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Coordinate project activities with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, daily reports, invoices, and procurement logs
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance
  • Identify and help resolve project challenges, risks, and operational issues
  • Assist in managing project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of project management, project engineering, or related construction experience
  • Experience supporting civil, sitework, earthwork, utility, or heavy construction projects preferred
  • Valid Massachusetts Hoisting License (2A/1C) required
  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore
  • Experience with estimating platforms and project tracking systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results
