Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
  • Split time between the Charlotte office and active project sites, providing both administrative and field support
  • Assist with project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
  • Participate in Telecom and technology-focused construction projects for major clients
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 3-4 years of commercial construction experience in an APM, Project Engineer, or similar role
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments
  • Experience in Telecom, Data Center, Industrial, or other technical construction sectors is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
