Job Description

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will report into a Senior Project Manager and play a critical role in supporting project delivery across Class A office and interior construction projects.

  • Assist in managing commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
  • Track project schedules and help drive milestones to completion
  • Assist in managing project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and reports
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality expectation

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Project Manager role we are seeking:

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in interiors or commercial projects
  • Experience supporting Class A office or high-end interior buildouts preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a reputable contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
