Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of construction projects, helping ensure milestones, schedules, and quality standards are achieved
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to project leadership, proactively identifying potential risks or delays
  • Assist with project budgeting and cost control by monitoring expenses and maintaining financial accuracy
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain critical project documentation, including contracts, reports, meeting minutes, and schedules
  • Help resolve project challenges by coordinating solutions and supporting effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promote and uphold safety standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices that enhance project efficiency and overall team performance

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on construction project management experience within commercial construction environments
  • A background working on retail, QSR, fuel station, convenience store, or similar commercial projects
  • Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and project delivery
  • Experience managing subcontractor relationships and maintaining accurate project records and documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams
  • Familiarity with industry-leading construction software platforms, including Procore and similar project management tools
