Job Description

  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget for large-scale renovation projects
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout all project phases
  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure work meets quality, safety, and performance standards
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and overall cost control
  • Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and key milestones to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead project closeout, including punch list resolution and final inspections

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale renovation projects from planning through closeout
  • Strong ability to coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and overall cost control
  • Excellent communication skills across clients, stakeholders, and field teams
  • Solid understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations
  • Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on quality, efficiency, and problem-solving
  • Experience managing fast-paced, multi-phase construction environments
  • Proficient in reading drawings, managing change orders, and resolving field issues
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project documentation
