Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Assist in managing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Support the project team in resolving issues and addressing challenges as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Collaborate with the project manager to monitor progress and track milestones.
• Facilitate communication among team members to maintain alignment on project goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the construction department.
