Job Description

  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
  • Coordinate procurement activities and material tracking
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Attend project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action-item logs
  • Maintain document control systems and ensure project records remain accurate
  • Assist with permitting, inspections, project closeout, and turnover documentation
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Approximately 3 years of construction experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation
  • Strong technical and document-control skills
  • Ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Motivated to develop into an Assistant Project Manager and future Project Manager
