With a robust backlog and a history of promoting from within, the organization offers long-term stability and excellent career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionAssist in managing all phases of construction projects from kickoff through completion.Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.Monitor project schedules and help identify potential risks or delays.Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.Assist with contract administration and project compliance requirements.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
