Job Description

  • Assist in managing all phases of construction projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules and help identify potential risks or delays.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with contract administration and project compliance requirements.
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or related role.
  • Experience working on ground-up and/or interior commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, project coordination, and contract administration.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and similar construction software platforms preferred.
