Job Description

    • Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution
    • Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
    • Assisting with subcontractor coordination and buyout
    • Tracking budgets, schedules, procurement, and project costs
    • Working closely with Superintendents to maintain communication between the field and office
    • Participating in owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
    • Supporting project closeout, punch lists, and turnover
    • Developing the technical and leadership skills required to progress into a Project Manager position

The Successful Applicant

    • 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
    • Experience with a reputable commercial general contractor
    • Strong exposure to ground-up construction
    • Broad project exposure is highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through closeout
    • Comfortable working with subcontractors, field teams, architects, and owners
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Someone ambitious who wants to take on increasing responsibility and grow into project leadership
