Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and help resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records.
  • Provide onsite project support from jobsite trailers and field locations.
  • Assist with change orders, procurement activities, and project closeout processes.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction industry experience.
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects, preferably multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and travel between project locations as needed.
  • Field construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Motivated professional looking to grow into a Project Management career path.
