With direct access to leadership, a collaborative culture, and a strong commitment to professional development, they offer an environment where employees can grow professionally while maintaining work-life balance.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.Supporting Project Managers throughout all phases of construction, from preconstruction and estimating through project closeout.Coordinating with Superintendents and project teams to ensure successful project execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.Managing project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation.Maintaining organized project files and ensuring all documentation follows company standards and procedures.Tracking outstanding items, proactively following up with project partners, and helping keep projects on schedule.Assisting with subcontractor invoicing, payment applications, and coordination with the accounting team.Developing a comprehensive understanding of project budgets, schedules, drawings, contracts, and procurement strategies.Identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and overall project efficiency.Supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
