The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and multifamily construction projects. Based in Canton, this role works closely with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

About Our Client

A reputable family owned general contractor based in Southern Massachusetts is seeking and APM to join their team on an upcoming pipeline of multifamily, adaptive reuse, and occupied restorations.

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the project management team in reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Assist in the closeout process, including final inspections and documentation.
