Job Description

  • Assist in planning and scheduling commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and manage cost control measures.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Support procurement processes, including vendor and subcontractor management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
  • Identify and address potential project risks or issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 1-5 years of commercial construction experience
  • Ground-up commercial project experience preferred
  • Hospitality or hotel project experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
