About Our Client

Our client is a growing general contractor focused on industrial retail, corporate interior, and healthcare developments throughout the Chicago area. The firm has built a reputation for delivering complex projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Description

  • Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
  • Track project costs and assist with forecasting
  • Support project meetings and client communications
  • Help ensure successful project closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction experience
  • Light industrial, retail, interiors, and commercial experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with construction management software
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
