Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
  • Work directly from project sites and field offices, providing hands-on project support.
  • Assist with project documentation, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with field teams, clients, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of institutional, healthcare, multifamily, public, and commercial construction projects.
  • Support multiple project locations as business needs require.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at project locations.
  • Interest in building a long-term career in construction project management.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multimillion-dollar construction projects.
  • Field construction experience.
  • Exposure to commercial, institutional, healthcare, public, or multifamily projects.
