Job Description

  • Support project managers in planning and executing multi-family construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
  • Assist with budget management and cost control to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations at all times.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the construction process.
  • Contribute to quality control and ensure all work meets required standards.
