Our client is hiring for an APM in the building and construction industry located in Westchester.

Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Support the preparation and review of project budgets and schedules.
  • Help manage procurement processes and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
  • Facilitate communication between various teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
