Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
  • Identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Support the project manager with tasks and decision-making processes as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space
  • A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
