Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager (CSA) will support the Project Manager throughout the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale data center project with a primary focus on structural scopes including concrete, foundations, precast, and roofing.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Assist with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking efforts
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Assist with subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with field teams, trade partners, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Track materials, deliveries, and project logistics
  • Support project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and turnover documentation
  • Maintain organized project records and proactively communicate potential schedule or budget impacts

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Project Manager (CSA), we are seeking:

  • 2+ years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager capacity
  • Experience supporting commercial, industrial, mission-critical, concrete, precast, structural, or large-scale construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to project delivery
  • Data center experience is a plus but not required
  • Stable work history with a long-term career mindset
