Job Description

  • Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day project activities
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
  • Helping prepare and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Participating in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items
  • Supporting the procurement process, including the review and approval of submittals and RFIs
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Contributing to problem-solving and decision-making processes on-site

The Successful Applicant

  • 0-2 years of construction management experience
  • Preferably experience in Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Life science, and Healthcare sectors
  • Preferably experience working at a Mechanical or Engineering firm
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
