Job Description

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing custom home construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Identify and resolve project-related challenges in a proactive manner.
  • Support the Project Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Custom Homes should have:

  • Experience in residential construction, preferably custom homes
  • Exposure to luxury residential projects and high-end finishes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
