Their portfolio includes custom homes, luxury retail spaces, upscale restaurants, tenant improvements, and sophisticated interior finish projects. Job Description

  • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and project tracking
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as an Assistant Project Manager within construction
  • Background in luxury residential or high-end commercial projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both field and office teams
  • Military experience is highly regarded
  • Exposure to both project management and field operations is preferred
