With a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and a strong growth trajectory, the organization offers significant opportunities for career development and advancement.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - Charlotte will be responsible for:Supporting Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale commercial construction projects.Assisting with managing project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules.Collaborating with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to maintaining project progress and communication.Monitoring project budgets, costs, and procurement activities while supporting overall project controls.Contributing to project meetings, reporting, and problem-solving efforts throughout the construction lifecycle.Supporting delivery of major projects including data centers, educational facilities, and other complex commercial developments.Assisting with ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
