Job Description

* Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration and coordination.
* Assist with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, project documentation, and buyout activities.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to support project execution.
* Track project schedules, costs, and procurement throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

* 0-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Assistant Project Manager.
* Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
* Experience with data centres, telecom, technology, commercial TI, or industrial projects is a plus.
* Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills.
* Motivated to learn, develop professionally, and grow into a Project Management role.
