Job Description

Assistant Project Manager - Group Up Academic Projects - Worcester MA will:

  • Assist with subcontractor and supplier buyouts, procurement, and management
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout documentation
  • Evaluate RFPs and solicit pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Resolve project-related issues efficiently and proactively
  • Track and ensure timely procurement of materials

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager will have:

  • 1-4 years of construction industry experience
  • Background in public, academic, or K-12 projects (preferred)
  • Solid project history - no job-hopping
  • Experience with Procore
  • Go-getter personality - looking to grow into a PM role
