About Our Client

Our client is a nationally recognized, privately held real estate developer, general contractor, and Owner's Project Management (OPM) firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in the multifamily sector-their core focus and area of deep expertise. While headquartered in Maryland, the firm is actively expanding into new regions, including Connecticut, Texas, and New England.

Their Connecticut construction team is in a pivotal, growth-oriented phase-building a local footprint with the support of a tight-knit, family-oriented group. This smaller regional team offers a collaborative culture where comradery, work-life balance, and a people-first approach remain central to operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, vertically integrated leader in multifamily development during its New England expansion.
