The Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting project delivery from preconstruction through completion while working alongside experienced construction professionals on some of the region's most notable developments.Job DescriptionAssist with the planning and execution of large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Support budgeting, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project administration.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and other project documentation.Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to keep projects on track.Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress to support successful project delivery.Help facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve day-to-day project challenges.Partner with project leadership to uphold quality, safety, and operational standards.Support procurement efforts, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination.Play a key role in delivering multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, and commercial projects valued at $60M+.Assist with project closeout and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.Gain exposure to all aspects of project management while working on high-profile developments ranging from $50M to $200M+.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
