Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with daily project coordination
  • Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Assist with budgeting and cost reporting activities
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Help ensure project milestones and quality standards are met

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in construction project coordination or management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of construction processes and documentation
  • Eagerness to learn and develop into a Project Manager

  • Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 + bonus + benefits
