Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare - Attleboro, MA

• Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of cleanroom construction projects.
• Support project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily project activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, meeting minutes, logs, and financial records.
• Coordinate communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with cost tracking, billing reviews, forecasting, and change management processes.
• Support procurement and subcontractor coordination to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract specifications.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders to promote successful project outcomes.
• Assist with project closeout activities, warranty administration, and issue resolution.
• Travel extensively to active job sites throughout the United States and Canada as project needs require.
