Our client is seeking a Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with approximately three years of experience looking to build their career with an established general contractor delivering high-quality commercial and institutional projects. Healthcare project experience is highly preferred.

Job Description

  • Manage project submittals, RFIs, and document control processes
  • Track procurement activities and material deliveries
  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders
  • Assist Project Managers with project administration, scheduling, and reporting
  • Support project teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Approximately 3 years of construction experience
  • Experience managing submittals, RFIs, procurement tracking, and project documentation
  • Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred
  • Experience working for a General Contractor preferred
