Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising healthcare construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
  • Support contract administration and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve potential project issues in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates and address concerns.
