Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare will:

  • Support Project Managers on complex commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and subcontractor activities.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Work onsite at project locations, with opportunities to gain experience across diverse project types.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of multimillion-dollar construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 2+ years of construction industry experience.
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects preferred.
  • Exposure to multimillion-dollar projects is highly desirable.
  • Field experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
