Known for their transparent, accountability-driven approach, the company has built a track record of successfully managing projects ranging from several million dollars up to $20M+, while maintaining a strong focus on schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager - High-End Corporate Interiors - NoVA will be responsible for:Assisting with the day-to-day management of high-end corporate interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout.Supporting project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement activities.Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.Working closely with clients, architects, consultants, and field teams to keep projects on track.Coordinating with Superintendents to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.Tracking project costs and assisting with monthly forecasting and financial reporting.Helping maintain project schedules and identifying potential risks or delays.Supporting project closeout, including punch list completion, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination.Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company standards, contract requirements, and safety protocols.Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders to support repeat business opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
