Job Description

  • Assist in managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate schedules, project documentation, and communication among stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and key deliverables to support successful execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure expectations are met.
  • Support procurement, material tracking, and project logistics activities.
  • Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and status updates for leadership and clients.
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Help maintain project quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in project coordination, project management, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
