Job Description

  • Support Project Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle from planning through closeout
  • Assist with project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities
  • Coordinate communication between clients, design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Track project progress and help ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project information and workflows
  • Participate in on-site project meetings and coordinate project activities
  • Assist with contract administration, change management, and project delivery processes
  • Support multiple construction projects within the higher education sector

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of construction industry experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • Experience supporting commercial, institutional, or higher education construction projects
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong tenure with previous employers and a reputation for teamwork and professionalism
  • Must be able to commute daily to Cambridge, MA
  • Higher education project experience is highly preferred



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
