Job Description

  • Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and scheduling efforts.
  • Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain strong client communication.
  • Assist with project closeout and punch list activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in an Assistant Project Manager role.
  • Proven experience with ground-up hospitality construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project controls.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
