Job Description

  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring time-lines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, regulations, and safety codes.
  • Manage project budget and resources, controlling costs and expenditures.
  • Monitor quality and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven work experience with K-12 projects.
  • Strong knowledge of education construction standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to handle challenges quickly and efficiently
  • PRIOR GENERAL CONTRACTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
