With a culture built on partnership and attention to detail, the company is committed to creating lasting relationships and delivering successful outcomes for clients and communities alike.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers throughout all phases of construction.Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Assist with project scheduling, planning, and coordination activities.Maintain project records and document control systems.Coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Assist with subcontractor procurement and contract administration.Monitor project progress and help identify potential schedule or cost impacts.Participate in project meetings and distribute meeting minutes.Track material procurement and lead times.Assist with budget management, forecasting, and cost reporting.Support project closeout activities, punch list management, and turnover documentation.Promote quality standards and adherence to safety requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
