They're looking to grow over the next 5 years and want to bring in people they can train and grow to quickly promote.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will be required to assist in:Providing project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety cultureManage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposalsManage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are metReview monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the projectLead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goalsEnsure overall financial health of the project and project forecastsRepresent our client in the subcontract negotiationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
