Employees are given the opportunity to work on high-profile developments while benefiting from a collaborative, team-oriented environment that promotes professional growth, mentorship, and career advancement.Job DescriptionReporting to senior project leadership, the Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects throughout Texas.Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teamsSupport contract administration, change order management, and procurement processesTrack project costs and assist with maintaining budget performanceReview project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specificationsHelp monitor project schedules and identify potential risks to delivery milestonesParticipate in site visits and stakeholder meetings to ensure successful project executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
