Job Description

Reporting to senior project leadership, the Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects throughout Texas.

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Support contract administration, change order management, and procurement processes
  • Track project costs and assist with maintaining budget performance
  • Review project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications
  • Help monitor project schedules and identify potential risks to delivery milestones
  • Participate in site visits and stakeholder meetings to ensure successful project execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of construction experience, ideally within multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial building projects
  • Experience supporting budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Viewpoint, or similar platforms would be preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with subcontractors, clients, and project teams
  • Ability to travel throughout Texas as required
