Known for its collaborative, family-oriented culture and exceptional client relationships, the company continues to win repeat business and high-profile projects throughout the region.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager - Life Sciences will:Support Project Managers in the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Assist with project administration, documentation, reporting, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.Collaborate with field teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.Track project budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools to maintain project controls.Contribute to a growing portfolio of life science, laboratory, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial projects.Participate in site visits across the Greater Boston area and North Shore region.Gain exposure to both renovation/TI projects and larger ground-up construction initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
