Our client is an established and rapidly growing General Contractor with an exceptional reputation across South Florida. Known for its strong company culture, employee development, and long-standing client relationships, the firm delivers a wide range of commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $30M. Their portfolio includes healthcare facilities, educational institutions, multifamily developments, Class A office spaces, religious facilities, restaurants, and industrial buildings.

Job Description

  • Support Project Managers in the execution of commercial interior renovation and ground-up projects
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling
  • Track project progress and maintain communication between field and office teams
  • Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Develop the skills necessary to manage larger and more complex projects over time

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager capacity
  • Local South Florida construction experience preferred
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
  • Motivated, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and desire to advance into a Project Manager role
